Disability Inclusion

Awareness + Action = Inclusion™

You caught us “red handed”! Although our Disability Inclusion programs (and this page) are still under development and will be announced soon, one we can announce is One Day in the Chair™. The event is designed for people with disabilities and those without. It features a short course with ‘driving’ obstacles (cones to go around, backing up, turning in a tight corner, going up a ramp), and various activity stations. Oh, and if you’re not disabled and need a walker, wheelchair or scooter for your daily mobility–you compete in a wheelchair! We also have several sensory stations as part of the course, because all disabilities matter.

The course finishes with the signature move carried over from the original event: participants move a lightweight box — no hands, mobility device only — to a marked location near the end of the course.

We hope you’ll check out our pages to learn more. And for those who are around on August 22, 2026 in the Western Michigan area, we look forward to featuring our One Day in the Chair event at Hanger Clinic Field Day in Grand Rapids Michigan held at Davenport University. We hope to see you there!
